Reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection

– Wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based solution
– Follow the proper rules for sneezing and coughing: cover your mouth and nose with a napkin or elbow crease when sneezing or coughing. Discard the used napkin immediately and wash your hands
– Avoid touching your face with your hands (mouth, nose, eyes)

– Keep a social distance of at least 1.5 m: avoid shaking hands, hugging or kissing people, exchanging food, utensils, cups and towels
– Avoid direct contact with anyone who has symptoms of a cold or flu
– Contact your family doctor or 112 for medical attention if you or your child has a fever, cough or difficulty breathing.
– Clean surfaces that may have come in contact with the virus and generally clean surfaces more often (especially in public places)
– If you decide to wear a face mask, make sure it covers your nose and mouth – avoid touching the mask while wearing it. Immediately after use, discard the mask and wash your hands
– Cook meat and eggs well
– Avoid unprotected contact with live animals (wild or domestic)
